Equifax refuses to remove a Public Records Case from my Credit file, they simply say Judement Satisfied instead of it being Dismissed which it was as of December 07, 2007, they keep investigating and come back saying it has been satisfied but not dismissed. The other two Credit agencies dismissed my Public Judgement Esperian and Trans Union but not Equifax, unfortunately the only way to get a Credit Agency to take something off your Credit File is to Sue them in Small Claims Court.
